While Bush was in Brazil last week, Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez went to neighboring Argentina. Thousands of these flyers were seen all over Buenos Aires, and even though they were printed by the Communist Party, they tell a lot about the way Argentina, and much of Latin America, currently perceives Mr. Bush. Who is doing this guy’s PR?
